Fluff love

I can honestly say I've never tasted the classic confection that is Marshmallow Fluff (turns out it's not all that weird, since it apparently isn't available anywhere near me). But that little detail hasn't stopped me from being completely obsessed with the Marshmallow Fluff packaging – the logo is so adorably retro (love those fonts!) that I think I'd be happy to have a jar in my cupboard just to look at.

hohoho that's jolly stuff you got there!

i never ate that stuff either, and it's strange, because when i lived abroad, everyone thought that's what americans liked to eat.

omg i love fluff! I've only tried it once in my life, it was at summer camp, and I didn't know it came in such adorable packaging, they put it in glass bowls in summer camp. AIYEE!! More reason to love this fluff stuff :)

BTW I sort of recently started a fashion/beauty blog. Would you like me to link you? Maybe you can also link me in return?

Drop me a comment if you'd like that.

Thanks!

I've never had it, but my boyfriend swears by it combined with peanut butter... I love the packaging too, it's like Warhol goes twee.

I've never had it... not really a marshmallow fan.. but I do love the packaging!

Just came across your blog and I love it! I also lived in Singapore for 3 years back when I was in middle school - I miss it so much! I almost started crying when I read your Singapore city guide cause everything on there is so familiar - but it is all so different from how it was when I was there. I think my favorite places to shop there were Bugis Junction and Far East Plaza (which was "dangerous" for some reason).

I grew up in a granola and carob house, so never had Fluff until well into adulthood - and it is divine! Fluffernutters (the trad Fluff and peanut butter sandwich) are all well and good, but if you want to get really decadent, make a Snickers sandwich - Fluff (for the nougat), Nutella (for the chocolate), dulce de leche (for the caramel), and crushed, toasted peanuts. This sandwich is best shared, as it is very, very, rich! Simpler, you can make a campfire toasted marshmallow sandwich by hitting the Fluff spread on your bread with a pastry torch. Enjoy!

When I was little we moved to North Carolina from MA. They did not sell Fluff there. My grandmother use to send my sister care packages with Fluff and Devil Dogs. We could not get either in NC and missed them. My grandmother was our hero.

Fluff is...well, orgasmic, if you will. Fluff-tastic. Gourmet, really. Especially on graham crackers with some chocolate frosting.

omg, i second that snickers sandwich response! it sounds *incredible*! (and, a friend just gave me a jar of dulce de leche this past weekend! coincidence? i think not!)

clearly, i need to get my hands on some fluff, and not just for admiring purposes.
