I am on serious shopping lockdown until a job is found* but I may have still just purchased these suede over-the-knee flat boots in ash grey as recommended by Blake Lively in the new Lucky (which Barnes & Noble had in stock waaaay before everyone else, as far as I can tell). Everyone is sold out of the exact ones Blake/Serena wore, so I went with their recommended approximation. And! I join you in the job search; same gig, different city. Since I've been looking for six months, I am now wondering if I should lay down my pen and take up a serving tray.
Can't join you in the boots, however; my feet fail me with flats. They look great, though.

Hey, randomly came across your blog and noticed this post. I owned these boots two months ago, but ended up returning them because the shaft width was unwieldy and weird on my leg. They are pretty damn adorable, though, so I was sad. *sigh*
Anyway, good luck with them as well as with the job search.
I have those boots in brown but they sag a lot when you walk. I keep having to pull them up everytime I take a step!
