There's just something about these new ads for Valentino—the first batch under designer Alessandra Facchinetti—that just made me smile. Angela Lindvall + windblown pink = intensely, perfectly pretty.

The funny thing is, I was also living in China at the same time you were, and was a little taken aback :) But I realized that I've been stalking your fashion blog for about 3 years now, and I don't know how I've let it go on so long without introducing myself. There was a piece in Elle a few years back about Angela Lindvall's houseboat. The interior was very Gypsy (in the words of Simon Doonan). She has such a cool face. (Her Fendi campaign? OMG.)
OMG I am SO happy you posted these! I saw these in Vogue and completely fell in love but couldn't find them anywhere and don't have a scanner. Seriously, Angela Lindvall could make a used Hefty bag look hot, but these dresses are absolutely incredible. THANK YOU!
