I am becoming increasingly fixated on Marni's SS09 collection. They layers! The prints! The palettes!
It's now on my Spring Wishlist, just behind Louboutin for Phillip Lim ruffle shoes. {Oh, yes. They will be mine!}

All of that stuff looks fabulous on those models but in real life I just can't see that stuff being very wearable.
integrating these clashing patterns and bright colors into a winter wardrobe would be a really great way to cheer things up a bit. (and the shoes? simple and chic. i definitely need to look for a similar pair.)

marni (aside from prada) is always on my wishlist but sadly, more often than not it remains on said list. i especially love that green tiered sheer dress(???) layered over the skirt...
I am usually a bit shy about mixing so many different colors/patterns, but this is a fun look for Spring.
